Eligibility for Returns
- You can return a product only if:
- The product you received is damaged or defective.
- The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
- The product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
- A copy of the invoice/bill must be provided along with the return.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers.
- Gift cards, free items, or promotional products.
How to Request a Return

Refund Policy
- After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refund will be made in the same payment method you used during the purchase (e.g., Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallet).
- In case the product is out of stock, you may choose between:
- Full refund, or
- Replacement with another product of equal value.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or expired product), we will bear the shipping charges.
- If you wish to return the product for personal reasons (not related to product quality), the shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer.
