3. Refund will be made in the same payment method you used during the purchase (e.g., Bank Account, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallet).
4. In case the product is out of stock, you may choose between:

• Full refund, or
• Replacement with another product of equal value.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped.
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or expired product), we will bear the shipping charges.
• If you wish to return the product for personal reasons (not related to product quality), the shipping cost will have to be borne by the customer.
